SRI with Zero Fiscal Burden

Today, at this critical moment of global transformation, Taiwan needs to establish a mechanism that does not increase the fiscal burden, yet enables the nation to develop sustainably. “ Social Responsibility Investment ” (SRI) is the way to achieve this vision. The evidence is: Every day, billions of people pass conveniently through MRT fare gates; we hear only the “beep” sound, yet we never see malfunctions or congestion.
